Some running buggies have a front wheel which swivels, making it easy to use day to day as well as for running.  (AThule Urban Glide, BOB Revolution and Mountain Buggy Terrain are key ones) 

Sp why do manufacturers recommend you lock the front wheel for running?  I thought I'd explain in a short video.
